Organizations We Partner With
World Vision
Our partnership with World Vision Honduras reflects RTI’s long-term commitment to serving communities beyond the industries we support. Through family sponsorships, vision trips, clean water initiatives, and disaster relief efforts, Artisans are encouraged to make a direct and lasting impact.
RTI covers 75% of sponsorship costs for employees Artisans who sponsor a child, and today more than 300 Artisans support over 700 children. We also contribute more than $1 million annually toward clean water initiatives in Honduras, with additional support provided during times of crisis.
Crosswalk Center
RTI partners with Houston-based CrossWalk Center to support men transitioning from incarceration into stable, meaningful careers. Since 2018, our Second Chance Hiring Program has provided opportunities for more than a hundred men seeking a fresh start to build meaningful community and make a lasting impact at RTI.
Their dedication, humility, and commitment to excellence strengthen our teams every day and reflect our belief that meaningful opportunity can change lives, families,
and communities.
Folds of Honor
RTI proudly supports Folds of Honor and its mission to provide educational scholarships to the spouses and children of fallen or disabled military service members and first responders.
Because we employ so many veterans, we’re passionate about supporting military families by providing annual scholarships. Through partnerships like these we aim to honor sacrifice, invest in future generations and strength the communities we serve.
Local Communities
RTI believes community impact starts close to home. Across the regions where our Artisans live and work, we support local organizations, initiatives, schools, and outreach efforts that strengthen the people and communities around us.
Our Artisans are empowered to bless individuals or families around us who are in financial need using our Benevolence program. Examples include Artisans covering tuition for a struggling student, groceries for a single mother, funeral expenses for an unexpected death, and many more, reimbursed by RTI.
Artisans Giving Back
RTI’s commitment to community impact takes many forms, from volunteer initiatives and charitable partnerships to leadership development and direct support for local organizations. Across the company, Artisans are encouraged to invest their time, talents, and expertise in ways that create lasting value for the people and communities around them. That commitment is reflected through partnerships, programs, and direct support initiatives across the communities we serve.
